Former Dating Game host Jim Lange has died at age 81.

Lange was a long-time disc jockey in Los Angeles and San Francisco. He was the host of the original 1960s network version of The Dating Game and a syndicated 1970s revival.

Lange also hosted a number of other game shows, including $1,000,000 Chance of a Lifetime, Celebrity Bullseye, Give-N-Take, Hollywood Connection, Oh My Word and Spin Offs.

Lange died Tuesday in California.
